In a remarked area of the World Trade Center in Constanta, which finds it self almost under construction, an Art Center according to the presented room program is ought to be built. It is composed of three commercial cinema rooms for up to 100 guests each, one ´´White Cube´´-like gallery, a coffee and art book shop, offices and its support/service rooms. The available area of 1290 m2 is divided in two floors. Adjustments and changes on the structural system of the building are likely possible.
